Reference Project for JD3 Rubber floating vibration-Damping and Sound-Insulation Board

浙江省杭州市大剧院主剧场（标高±0.00M）位于三层的排练厅（标高±16.00M）的正下方，上下相距16M，为了减少排练厅使用时的噪声振动，对下方主剧场的影响，在排练厅楼板处满铺设JD3-20型浮筑隔音板一层，再在上面现浇50mm厚混凝土楼板一层，以隔离由于排练厅使用时产生的振动噪声对主剧场的影响。

对JD3型浮筑隔音板铺设前后的效果，进行了现场实测。

现场测试方法参照GB775-84（建筑隔声测量规范），楼板未经铺设JD3浮筑隔音板时隔声量为10dB(A)、7dB(C)：铺设JD3浮筑隔音板后，其A、C声级的隔声量分别为32dB(A)和18dB(C)。使用前后相比有较大的幅度隔振降噪的显著效果。

On the 3rd floor of Grand Theater of Hang Zhou, Zhe Jiang (Elevation ± 0.00M), there is rehearsal hall (Elevation ± 16.00M). The elevation of this hall is 16M. To reduce the vibration and sound of rehearsal, JD3-20 Floating Vibration-Damping and Sound-Insulation Board was laid at the first layer and 50mm concrete was put on the 2nd floor. The problem of vibration and sound is perfectly solved.

We have done the on field test for JD3 Floating Vibration-Damping and Sound-Insulation Board.

The method of on field test is in accordance with GB775-84 "Criterion for Constructional Sound insulation Test". The result of test before the installation of JD3 Floating Vibration-Damping and Sound-Insulation Board is 10 dB(A) and 7 dB(C) while after installation the result turns to 32db(A) of Level A and 18 dB(C) of Level C. In conclusion, after installation of JD3 Floating Vibration-Damping and Sound-Insulation Board the problem of vibration and sound have been perfectly solved.
