General Introduction to JD₃ Floating vibration-Damping & Sound-Insulation Board

JD₃浮筑隔振隔音板，是一种根据橡胶动力特性研制成功的具有优越减振隔声效果的新型筑橡胶产品。

该JD₃型浮筑隔振隔音板已形成系列产品，有JD₃-20、JD₃-30、JD₃-50、JD₃-50（T）它们相应的产品厚度分别为20mm、30mm与50mm。

浮筑隔振隔音板的结构新颖，上面有外凸网格线条作防滑面的平板，下面为有相等间隔方形排列的倒截头圆锥体，且在每个倒锥体中间凹陷镂孔，尤其是JD₃-50（特）形成半圆空腔，使在工作状态下增加气垫弹性，使结构受力更合理、性能更佳。

本系列浮筑隔隔音板的基本形状均为标准的正方形500*500mm的平板，四周边缘有凹凸楔形槽沟。

浮筑隔振隔音板采用天然橡胶经硫化而成形，在板体中间夹有化纤锦纶丝网织物或尼龙帘子布1至2层，在硫化过程中通过热熔熔为一体，因此强度高，经久耐用。

浮筑隔振隔音板的特点是安装施工时极为方便，可以任何形状交叉楔口结合。装配前在楔形凹凸槽沟处各刷上一层粘接剂，然后拼接成任何大小面积任何形状的整体浮筑隔振隔音板平面，且具有不渗漏的特点。（尤其水泥沙浆）。

JD₃ Floating Vibration-Damping and Sound-Insulation Board is developed according to the dynamic performance of rubber. It is a new generation of constructional rubber board that has the advantage in vibration damping and sound insulation.

JD₃ Floating Vibration-damping and Sound-Insulation Board has a whole series, JD₃-20、JD₃-30、JD₃-50、JD₃-50（T） with the corresponding thickness of 20 mm, 30 mm and 50mm.

Floating Vibration-Damping and Sound-Insulation Board has a brand new structure which has the above board of protruding grid line for anti-slipping and the below equally tactic reversed cone. There is also hollow in each cone. The JD₃-50 (Special) even has a half round cavum which may improve the springiness of the pad and performance.

This series of product has a standard square board of 500*500 mm with sunken and protruding cuneiform slot around it.

The board is made of vulcanized rubber. There is also Nyion net in the 1st layer and the Nylon tyre cord fabric in the 2nd layer. All the fabrics are melted together in the process of vulcanization that enhance the strength and the fastness.

The outstanding advantage for the board is easy installation. Cuneiform slot is easily united. What need to be done before installation is to put some binding substance on it. It can be used in all kind of floors and will not leak. (easpecially for cement).

该浮筑隔振隔音板具有良好的隔振隔声效果，是一种新颖的、理想的隔振隔音建材。因此可广泛地适用于广播、影视、播音、录音、演播厅、体育馆、娱乐场所以及宾馆、办公楼、住宅、医院、变电设施等须做隔振隔声浮筑结构的场所。

This product has a good vibration-damping and sound-insulation effect and is widely used in broadcast center TV station, show room, recording room, concert hall, stadium, entertainment place, hotel, office building, residential area, hospital and power transmission and transformation area, where the advanced and ideal vibration-damping and sound-insulation materials are needed.
